Morag established Place Group, alongside Angus, in 2015 with a vision to empower environmental professionals for the betterment of our environment and community.
Morag is an accomplished programme office manager and qualified project manager, experienced at operating within structured project environments (PRINCE2 and bespoke Quality Management Systems). Morag is skilled in business case development, project governance, financial reporting, process improvements, quality assurance, resource planning, project reporting, stakeholder and people management. Morag really enjoys working with people, helping to build their skills and facilitating opportunities for capacity building. Outside of work Morag is a “Girl Friday'' to her three children, providing taxi, catering and laundry services as well as coaching or managing their sports teams. |
